Wire Bending Parts made of Round Wire
Wire bending parts made of round wire are available from a wire thickness of 0.2 mm. As far as the production of this product category is concerned, we are very flexible and, depending on the number of pieces, we can offer hand-made, semi-automatically or fully automatically produced free-falling parts. In this way, we always achieve an excellent price-performance ratio for you and with short delivery times, usually without additional tooling costs.
Basically, almost all forms of bending are conceivable. Against the background of rational manufacturability, we are happy to advise you regarding the design in order to achieve the best possible compromise.
We also deliver aligned spring rods made of wire material from a thickness of 0.2 mm and from a length of approx. 20.0 mm.
Materials
In addition to common standard spring steels and stainless steels (1.4310, 1.4401), our bent parts can also be manufactured from oil-hardened spring steel wires and acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4571. Other special materials such as Hastelloy C4, CuBe, CuSn, Inconel X-750 or Nimonic 90 are conceivable. Contact us.
