Compression Springs made of Round Wire
From a material thickness of 0.1 mm up to 55 mm, we offer cylindrical, conical, or progressive compression springs - according to your individual specifications, in series or as individual production. The materials available are all common standard spring steel wires, oil-tight alloyed spring steel wires made of unalloyed and alloyed steels, as well as stainless steel (1.4310, 1.4401) and acid-resistant or seawater-resistant spring wires (1.4571). For compression springs that are subjected to special requirements, we recommend the production of Hastelloy C4, CuBe, CuSn and titanium. For use under high temperatures, we offer compression springs made of Inconel X-750 or Nimonic 90. You are also welcome to provide us with the appropriate materials. All compression springs are available on request with appropriate surface treatment such as shot blasting, electroplating or powder coating.
